보행자 신호등과 병행 설치되는 보조장치로써 보행자에게 녹색점멸신호의 잔여시간을 정확히 표시하여 보행자가 횡단보도를 건너는데 불안감을 해소하고 안전하게 건널수 있도록 도와줍니다.
숫자형 : 숫자로 잔여시간을 알려주는 보조장치
■ 숫자의 크기는 시인성을 고려하여 (가)240 X (세)220 ± 5mm 크기를 준용
■ 잔여시간을 나타내는 숫자는 녹색점멸과 동시에 시작되며 적색등화 동안은 소등됨
■ 보조장치의 외향은 보행등(1색)의 높이와 같게 하고, 기존보행등의 하단부에 설치
(현장여건에 따라 측면에 설치도 가능)
■ 미관을 고려하여 기존의 보행등과 일치하게 부착
도형형 : 도형(역삼각형, 역사다리형, 일자형, 기타도형)을 사용하여 잔여시간을 알려주는 도형형 보조장치
■ 모듈갯수는 최소 8개 이상으로, 크기는 균일하고 보행신호의 남은 시간을 알 수 있도록 제작 ■ 보행등 녹색등화와 동시에 등화되며, 녹색점멸 신호시간을 모듈의 갯수로 동일하게 나누어 순차적으로 소등시키도록 설계되어 있으며, 적색등화시 소등됨 ■ 보조장치의 외향은 보행등(2색등)의 높이와 같거나 작으며, 보행등과 보행등 지주 사이의 공 간에 설치할 수 있는 크기로 제작됨 ■ 보조장치 작동시 신호제어기를 수동조작 후 자동제어로 복귀할때에는 2주기 내에 신호시간을 자동 감지하여 그 다음 주기부터는 정상적으로 작동되며, 신호시간을 감지하는 동안에 보조장 치가 등화되어 보행자에게 혼란을 초래하지 않음
신호제어기에 의해 구동되는 보행등(녹색신호)과 연동하여 잔여시간 표시기도 자동적으로 시간을 배분하여 동작
보행신호등 잔여시간 표시기 장소를 이전하여 설치하여도 자동적으로 감지하여 이상없이 동작
보행신호등 잔여시간 표시기를 전원공급시 자체적으로 시간을 자동인식하여 동작
점멸시간을 수동으로 조작할 수 있는 기능 포함
하향삼각형 표시 이외에도 다른 도형이나 숫자로 잔여시간 표시가능

대부분의 시민들에게 편안함을 주고 있는 매우 유용한 신호등으로 조사되었습니다.

It is the auxiliary device installed along with the traffic lamp. It displays the time left for pedestrian to cross the crossroad, thus removing the pedestrian of the sense of concern in crossing.
Number-type: an auxiliary device showing the time left.
■ The size of numbers is 240 wide X 220 ± 5mm high taking into consideration the visibility. ■ The figures showing the time left start to appear when the green light starts to flicker and continues until the traffic lamp turns red. ■ The shape of the auxiliary device is designed to be the same with the traffic lamp for pedestrians (1 color) and it can be installed on the bottom of the existing pedestrian traffic lamp (or the side depending on the site). ■ Considering the harmony with surrounding, it is attached with the existing traffic lamp for pedestrians.

■ The number of modules used in the traffic light is 8 or more with the size of each equal. It is designed to show people the time left for crossing. ■ It is turned on along with the start of the green light. The time for green light duration is equally divided by the number of modules and each module is equally turned off along with the time of duration until the red is turned on. ■ The size of the shape of auxiliary device is the same or smaller than the traffic light for pedestrians (two-color lamp). It is designed in a size that it can be installed between traffic lamp for pedestrian and support for traffic lamp for pedestrian. ■ The signal controller is manually controlled when the auxiliary is activated. When it is returned to the automatic control, the signal time is to be automatically detected within 2 cycles for the normal operation for subsequent cycles. The auxiliary device is turned of while the signal time is detected, thus causing no problems to the pedestrians.
Linked with the traffic light for pedestrian (green light) which is controlled by the signal controller, the indicator for time left automatically allocates time for action.
Even when the indicator for the time left moves to another place, it automatically detects the surroundings and thus functions without any problems.
When the power is supplied to the indicator for time left for the pedestrian, it automatically perceives the time.
It includes the time for manually controlling the flickering time.
Other than the downward triangle, there are other figures or numbers to indicate the time left.
NOTICE
As a pedestrian can check the time left until the green lamp is turned off, it helps the pedestrian to prevent any accident.
According to the Traffic Environment Research Institute, there has been the significant reduction in the number of accidents where this lamp is installed. It was found out that the lamp provides the people with comforts.
